Job summary

Michaels in Braintree, MA is seeking store team members to help customers shop, locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloads, stocking, and planogram processes to keep the store well merchandised and in stock.

Responsibilities include assisting with BOPIS/SFS Omni channel tasks, customer enrollments in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, and adherence to SOPs and safety programs. 16+ required.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to assist customers and process transactions accurately.
• Willingness to learn store procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Operate a fast, friendly checkout with proper cash handling.
• Engage customers with Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain in-stock, merchandised store and follow SOPs and company policies.
• Support Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.
• Participate in store recovery, safety programs, and shrink control.
