Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Store Team Members in West Hollywood to deliver excellent customer service, maximize inventory, and support online operations, with merchandising at the core.

You will greet customers, stock shelves, process freight, build displays, and assist with in-store and curbside pickup, including deliveries when required. The role requires a flexible schedule and compliance with alcohol regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience is ideal.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support online business operations.
• Greet customers and deliver personalized service while building relationships.
• Participate in training to deepen product knowledge across wine, spirits, and beer.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, ads, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness and comply with alcohol sale regulations.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is an essential function.
