Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Store Team Members to support merchandising, inventory control, and curbside/delivery operations. You will greet customers, assist with product knowledge, and help fulfill online orders while maintaining a clean, compliant store environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail experience preferred; 1+ year in a retail setting.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software.
• Flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products and support online business operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers.
• Assist with loading, deliveries (if assigned), and inventory handling.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale regulations.
