Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser to join our store team in a fast-paced retail setting. You will optimize product inventory, build displays, and support online orders with curbside and delivery options where available.

You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and promote promotions and loyalty programs. You should have 1–3 years’ retail experience, be comfortable with POS systems, and be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Merchandize products and build displays, end caps, and signage.
• Assist with online orders and curbside/delivery support as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and develop product knowledge through training.
• Load and deliver orders safely; maintain store safety and cleanliness.
