Responsibilities include leading SOP adherence, staff coaching, and ensuring a customer-ready store. The position requires 3+ years of retail leadership and a track record in inventory control and store-floor excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and oversee store operations and adherence to SOPs.
• Experience with merchandising standards, pricing, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising and operational execution in the store.
• Assist Store Manager to ensure SOP compliance and policy adherence.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee truck unloading, stock flow, and replenishment accuracy.
• Execute planograms and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Manage pricing changes and promotional execution.
• Oversee Ship from Store, RTVs, and ASN processes.
• Train, coach, and develop team members and maintain asset protection.
