Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Strong workload planning and inventory management.
• Experience with SOPs and company programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure pricing, promotions, and store standards.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution and merchandise flow to floor.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual standards.
• Manage in-store inventory accuracy and stock movement.
