Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand, move, lift 25–50 pounds as needed.
• Adherence to SOPs and company programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead adherence to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Maintain store conditions and results through team accountability.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee truck execution, merchandising, and in-stock replenishment.
• Plan workload and daily tasks with store leadership based on business needs.
• Manage Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support backroom organization and customer-ready store environment.
• Handle pricing changes and promotions; ensure correct signage and placement.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV / ASN processes.
• Develop and coach team members through onboarding and ongoing training.
