Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Merchandise Manager for our Pitt-Butler, PA store. You will drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to ensure a customer-ready store environment.

Leaders with 3+ years in retail management will oversee SOPs, policy adherence, and staff development, while ensuring accurate pricing, promotional execution, and strong asset protection practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience following SOPs and company programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, maintaining store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage for floor leadership and operations continuity.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and stock flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment.
