Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SOP adherence and company programs.
• Ensure store conditions meet standards and drive results.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee truck execution, unloading, sorting and flow of merchandise to the floor.
• Plan workload and priorities with store leadership to align staffing with business needs.
• Manage in-stock optimization routines and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure clean, organized, customer-ready store environment and backroom organization.
• Manage inventory control accuracy and stock movements.
• Execute ad sets and ensure compliant pricing and signage.
• Oversee ship-from-store fulfillment and RTV/ASN receiving processes.
