Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Manager at our PHI-ROOSEVELT, PA location to lead merchandising and store operations.

You will oversee truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution to ensure a customer-ready store environment. You will drive workload planning, staff development, and adherence to SOPs while maintaining visual standards and strong asset protection practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience
• Experience managing store operations and SOPs
• Experience with merchandise and planograms
• Experience with inventory control and shrink reduction

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual standards.
• Assist with pricing changes and promotional execution.
• Manage inventory, stock movement, and in-stock levels.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain store conditions.
• Train and coach team members across departments.
