Job summary

Five Below is seeking a motivated store leadership professional to oversee receiving, stock organization, displays, and store operations. You will manage opening/closing, serve as Manager on Duty, supervise associates, and drive sales through merchandising and service excellence.

The role requires at least 2 years of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment. Position is hourly with a starting wage around $18.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick stocking on sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays, signage, and seasonal updates per guidelines.
• Handles opening/closing duties: securing cash, doors, alarms for daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, overseeing operations, staff, and customer service.
• Leads daily activities of store associates and training on policies and procedures.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service improvements.
• Executes market plan, arranging products and signage per corporate guidelines.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
