Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of store displays following corporate guidelines for resets and seasonal updates.
• Manages opening/closing the store, including cash handling, locking doors, and security for daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures effective performance and service.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures to improve performance.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and customer service optimization.
• Executes the market plan with signage and promotions per corporate guidelines and maintains Inventory Integrity.
