Five Below is seeking a store leadership candidate to oversee daily operations, merchandising, and customer service. You will manage displays, ensure promotions are highlighted, and perform opening/closing procedures with focus on sales growth and inventory integrity.

The role requires at least 2 years of management experience, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment, with flexible scheduling including weekends and evenings.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock to place on sales floor
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays and promotions per corporate guidelines
• Operates opening/closing procedures including cash handling and security
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing store operations and staff
• Supports onboarding and training of associates to improve performance
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and customer service
• Executes market plan and maintains Inventory Integrity per company guidelines
