Job summary

Beiersdorf Inc. is seeking a senior Retail Media Manager to lead the development of annual and quarterly media strategies, budget oversight, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and analytics teams.

You will own relationships with retailers and lead performance reviews with agencies, driving ROAS and incremental lift while influencing business outcomes across channels.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital media, media planning or ecommerce marketing, focused on performance-driven advertising.
• Direct, hands-on experience with large-scale campaigns through AMC or Walmart Connect; Target Roundel is a valuable equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual and quarterly retail media strategy with Beiersdorf Account Heads.
• Lead agency reviews and optimize campaigns against KPIs.
• Manage relationships with retailers and partner agencies for strategic advantage.
• Provide deep-dive performance analyses and actionable insights.
