Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Retail Media Team Lead to shape and execute the US Retail Media strategy across all retail customers and channels. You will serve as the subject matter expert, guiding investments, partnerships, and measurement frameworks.

Lead the US Retail Media Center of Excellence, drive capabilities, and partner with Commercial, Brand Marketing, Analytics, and retailers to translate trends into growth opportunities for Henkel's Consumer Brands portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in Retail Media, Commerce Media, eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or related fields; enterprise strategy experience.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise Retail Media vision, strategy, and operating model across customers.
• Establish investment principles, measurement standards, governance, and decision processes.
• Lead relationships with Retail Media Networks and external partners.
• Drive Retail Search and Commerce Media strategies to improve visibility and shopper engagement.
• Manage partnerships with agencies, technology, data, and measurement vendors.
• Leverage first-party data and AI insights to improve targeting and optimization.
• Develop measurement frameworks and scorecards to guide investments and learning.
• Collaborate across Commercial, Brand, Finance, Analytics, and Retailers.
