Job summary

United Pacific is hiring for a Manager-In-Training position in a full-time role. The MIT will complete a structured training program under the Store Manager and District Manager, learning to manage daily store operations and develop leadership skills.

The program emphasizes on-the-job training, customer service excellence, and career progression into a Store Manager role. Benefits include health coverage, 401K, tuition reimbursement, and performance-based increases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Supervisor, lead or assistant manager in a retail or fast food environment.
• Ability to coach, train and develop your team for advancement.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid, infractions-free Driver's License.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Must be able to provide work authorization in the United States.
• Flexible to work varying shifts, including overnight shifts and holidays.
• Ability to stand for at least 8 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes.
• Ability to push/pull up to 20 pounds with a hand-truck.
• Ability to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials.

Responsibilities

• Complete training program under supervision of Store Manager.
• Learn to manage, direct and supervise daily store operations.
• Maintain a pleasant and courteous environment for customers and team.
