Job summary

The Manager-In-Training (MIT) at United Pacific is a full-time role designed to train under the Store Manager to master daily store operations, leadership, and customer service. The MIT will learn to supervise staff, ensure smooth store performance, and embody company policies.

Candidates should have 5+ years in supervisory roles in retail or fast food, be at least 21, and be able to work flexible shifts, including overnights and holidays. Training culminates in a Store Manager position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Supervisor, lead or assistant manager in a retail or fast food environment.
• Ability to coach, train and develop team members to advance their careers.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid and clean Driver's License.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Must provide proof of authorization to work in the United States if hired.
• Flexible to work varying shifts, including overnight shifts and holidays.
• Ability to stand/walk for at least 8 hours.
• Occasionally lift/carry up to 20 pounds; push/pull up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Complete training program under supervision of Store Manager.
• Learn to manage, direct and supervise daily store operations.
• Maintain a pleasant and courteous environment for customers and team members.
• Receive on-the-job training from Store/ District Manager before transitioning to Store Manager.
