Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets and operations.
• Help establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Step in for Store Manager in their absence and supervise staff.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to complete department responsibilities and uphold standards.
• Communicate inventory movement and customer trends to Store Manager.
• Deliver exceptional customer service per the service manual.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by Hibbett I City Gear.
• Uphold all company policies and procedures as documented.
