• Help establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, scheduling.
• Take responsibility for store in Store Manager's absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and trends.
• Ensure quality customer service is maintained.
• Provide extraordinary customer service per manual; assist customers during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
• Protect assets and financial information; alert on fraud risk.
