• Take responsibility in Store Manager's absence and supervise staff.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales, statistics and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department standards are met and communicate inventory trends.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service following the customer service manual.
