Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is opening a new Round Rock store, Texas, and will interview candidates starting October 1st. Management Trainee roles focus on sales, merchandising and operations to prepare teammates for Store Manager positions.

Responsibilities include leading guest service, training new teammates, and supporting daily operations while maintaining Buckle's standards and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant retail experience is a plus.
• Experience in leading teams or training teammates is valued.
• Strong customer-service orientation and ability to build guest relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily store operations and sales objectives.
• Lead and train teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Support Store Manager by coordinating interviews and onboarding.
