Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Management Trainee in New York to support sales, merchandising and daily operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager to develop leadership, recruiting and guest-service skills, potentially stepping in as Store Manager when needed.

The role emphasizes training teammates, driving customer experience and building a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–3 months related retail experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent guest service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and guest engagement while modeling Buckle standards.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates; assist Store Manager as needed.
• Support operations, cashiering, merchandising and store presentation.
• Lead with integrity; act as Store Manager in their absence.
• Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction and product knowledge.
