Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Management Trainee in New York to support store leadership and guest experience through sales, merchandising and daily operations. You will work with the Store Manager to develop leadership and recruiting skills and may act as Store Manager in their absence.

The program includes training across sales, operations and staff development, plus comprehensive benefits such as health plans, a 401(k) with match and paid time off. Travel within the district may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Assist Store Manager with coaching and counseling Teammates in accordance with Buckle policies.
• Develop skills and lead Teammates to meet Buckle’s accountability and sales standards.
• Act as Store Manager in their absence and travel to cover other stores within the district as needed.
• Maintain store standards and assist with training and onboarding of new Teammates.
