Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in New York is seeking a Management Trainee who supports our mission to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

You will perform sales, merchandising and daily store operations, including cashiering, displays and routines. You will work with the Store Manager to develop sales, recruiting and leadership skills to become a Store Manager, and you may train and motivate Teammates in the Manager's absence.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience and ability to train Teammates.
• Ability to work with store manager to develop sales and leadership skills.
• Willingness to train and supervise others in absence of manager.
