Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. are seeking a Management Trainee in Bozeman, MT to support sales, merchandising and operations while preparing to become a Store Manager.

You will work with store leadership to develop sales, recruiting and leadership skills, while training teammates and maintaining Buckle standards. You will gain experience in guest service, product knowledge and loss prevention while rotating through essential duties and leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred; retail experience considered.
• Experience in customer service, leadership and coaching desirable.
• Ability to train and motivate teammates and manage daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily store operations and leadership development to prepare for store management.
• Recruit, interview and train teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Develop and maintain visual merchandising to reflect Buckle guidelines.
• Support store opening/closing procedures and loss prevention.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and drive sales performance.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to cultivate leadership and teamwork.
