Job summary

Buckle is opening a brand-new store at Towne Mall in Elizabethtown, Kentucky and will hire many teammates. Management Trainees will work with the Store Manager to develop sales, merchandising and leadership skills to become a Store Manager in the future.

This role includes guest service, training Teammates, and overseeing store operations such as scheduling, merchandising, and loss prevention. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent retail experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 1–3 months retail experience/training.
• Retail experience accepted in lieu of degree; strong service orientation is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills while working with Store Manager to build sales, merchandising and leadership capabilities.
• Recruit, coach and motivate Teammates; act as Store Manager in their absence.
• Support store operations including scheduling, training, loss prevention and merchandising.
