The Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager roles focus on delivering an exceptional shopping experience and will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team on sales, merchandising, and staff development.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Assist Store Manager and Leadership Team with sales, merchandising, and operational tasks.
• Lead by example in customer service, payroll/attendance and daily store operations.
• Help recruit and train Teammates and step in as Store Manager when needed.
