Job summary

Buckle is opening a brand-new store at Towne Mall in Elizabethtown, KY. The Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader will drive sales, merchandise displays, and store operations to create the best guest experience. Interviews begin October 1st, with a start in November.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching Teammates, and maintaining Buckle’s service standards across the sales floor, fitting rooms, and register area. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related retail experience.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.
• Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends; ability to work mornings/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with questions and merchandise selection.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and deliver legendary service.
• Lead by example in sales presentations and guest engagement.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates; maintain positive floor culture.
• Ensure store standards, visual guidelines, and loss prevention practices.
