CVS Health is offering a paid 10-week Retail Management Internship designed to give students firsthand leadership experience in a fast-paced store environment. You’ll work alongside Store Managers and District Leaders, lead a team, engage customers, and learn day-to-day store operations.

Qualified candidates must be enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program and expect to graduate between May 2027 and May 2028.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program
• Graduating May 2027 to May 2028
• Willing to commit to 35 hours per week, including days, evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers
• Learn day-to-day store operations and merchandising
• Collaborate with Store Managers and District Leaders
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership
