Students must be enrolled in an associate or bachelor's program and expect to graduate between May 2027 and May 2028. The program emphasizes leadership development and real-world project work.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program.
• Students should expect to receive their degree between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Des ired majors include Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations alongside Store Managers and District Leaders.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
• Help with merchandise handling, inventory management, and stocking during busy periods.
• Develop leadership skills and understand how decisions impact customer satisfaction and store results.
