CVS Health invites motivated college students to join a paid 10-week Retail Management Intern program. You will gain hands-on experience leading a retail team, engaging with customers, and learning store operations under Store Managers and District Leaders.

A business-focused project and market travel experiences provide real-world exposure. Eligible candidates are currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program, with expected graduation between May 2027 and May 2028.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program.
• Degree expected between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Majors: Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations alongside Store Managers and District Leaders.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
