Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers
• Learn day-to-day store operations with Store Managers and District Leaders
• Develop leadership skills and learn retail management best practices
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership
• Support merchandising, inventory management, and store operations during busy periods
