You will partner with Store Managers and District Leaders to develop leadership skills, manage staff, and gain exposure to merchandising, staffing, and customer engagement.

You will complete a business-focused project, present findings to leadership, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Requires 1–3 years of customer service experience in fast-paced settings
• Demonstrates effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Interest in pursuing a career in retail store management
