CVS Health is offering a paid 10-week Retail Management Internship designed for motivated students to gain hands-on leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You will work with Store Managers and District Leaders, lead a store team, and help with daily operations and customer engagement.

You will complete a business-focused project and present recommendations to leadership, developing skills in leadership, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience in fast-paced environments such as retail, food service, hospitality, etc.
• Strong communication, problem solving and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in pursuing a career in retail store management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Assist with merchandise handling, inventory management and stocking.
• Complete a business-focused project addressing a real opportunity and present findings to leadership.
