CVS Health is offering a paid 10-week Retail Management Internship. You’ll gain hands-on leadership experience, engage with customers, and learn store operations alongside Store Managers and District Leaders.

You’ll complete a business-focused project and present recommendations to leadership. Ideal candidates are enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program with 1–3 years of customer service experience and an interest in pursuing retail management.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program.
• Degree completion between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Majors include Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day‑to‑day store operations and retail management practices.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
• Support operational activities including merchandise handling and inventory.
