Job summary

CVS Health is offering a paid 10-week Retail Management Intern program for college students. You will gain hands-on experience leading a retail team, engaging with customers, and learning day-to-day store operations alongside Store Managers and District Leaders.

Successful interns will complete a business-focused project, present findings to leadership, and develop leadership skills. Must be currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree and available to work 35 hours per week,

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program.
• Degree expected between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Majors include Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies or General Business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations and retail management best practices.
• Develop leadership skills and present a business-focused project to leadership.
• Travel within markets to gain exposure to the broader organization.
