Qualifications

• Enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program.
• Degree expected between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Majors: Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations and best practices.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
• Support merchandising, inventory, and other store activities.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and District Leaders on development.
