CVS Health in the United States invites college students to join a paid 10-week Retail Management Internship. You will be immersed in the fast-paced world of retail, lead a team, engage customers, and complete a business-focused project addressed to leadership.

Work alongside Store Managers and District Leaders to develop leadership skills, learn management best practices, and gain exposure to the broader organization through market travel experiences.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be available to work 35 hours per week for the full 10‑week program on a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience in a fast‑paced work environment such as retail, food service, hospitality etc.
• Effective communication, problem solving, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, customer focused environment
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or managerial experience is highly desired.
• Must be interested in pursuing a career in retail store management

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day‑to‑day store operations and participate in merchandising and inventory management.
• Complete a business‑focused project and present findings to leadership.
