CVS Health offers a paid 10-week Retail Management Internship designed for college students to gain hands-on experience leading a retail team, engaging customers, and learning daily store operations. You will work with Store Managers and District Leaders to develop leadership skills and complete a business-focused project presented to leadership.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program
• Expected degree between May 2027 and May 2028
• Desirable majors include Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers
• Learn day-to-day store operations with Store Managers and District Leaders
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership
• Support merchandise handling, inventory management, and stocking during busy periods
• Gain exposure to staffing, talent development, customer engagement and operational excellence
