Job summary

CVS Health invites college students to join a paid 10-week Retail Management Intern program. You will lead a retail team, interact with customers, and learn store operations while collaborating with Store Managers and District Leaders.

You’ll complete a business-focused project and present recommendations to leadership, gaining exposure to field leadership and market travel experiences.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program.
• Expected degree between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Majors include Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day operations of a successful store.
• Develop leadership skills and participate in a business-focused project.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and District Leaders on initiatives.
• Support merchandise handling, inventory management, and stocking during busy periods.
