Job summary

CVS Health is offering a paid 10-week Retail Management Internship in the United States, providing hands-on leadership experience and exposure to store operations. You’ll work with Store Managers and District Leaders, tackle a real business project, and present recommendations to leadership.

You will support daily retail activities, learn leadership practices, and develop skills in staffing, customer engagement, and performance analysis while gaining valuable real-world exposure in a fast-moving

Qualifications

• Available to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program on a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced work environment such as retail, food service, hospitality etc.
• Effective communication, problem solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, customer focused environment
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or managerial experience is highly desired.
• Must be interested in pursuing a career in retail store management

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage with customers to learn day-to-day operations.
• Partner with Store Managers and district leaders to learn leadership best practices.
• Develop a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
• Gain exposure to staffing, talent development, customer engagement, and operational excellence.
• Support merchandise handling, inventory management, and stocking during busy periods.
