You will complete a business-focused project and present recommendations to leadership, while developing leadership and customer-service skills in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program.
• Expected degree between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Majors include Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations and merchandising handling.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
• Support inventory management and stocking during busy periods.
