CVS Health is offering a paid 10-week Retail Management Intern program for college students, designed to give hands-on experience in store operations and leadership within a Fortune 6 healthcare company.

You will work alongside Store Managers and District Leaders, lead a retail team, engage customers, and complete a business-focused project with findings presented to leadership, while developing core management skills for a future career in retail store leadership.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program.
• Students should expect to receive their degree between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Desired majors are Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience leading a retail team and engaging with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations with Store Managers and District Leaders.
• Develop leadership skills and learn retail management best practices.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
