Job summary

CVS Health is offering a paid 10-week Retail Management Intern program in the United States. You will gain hands-on experience leading a store team, engaging customers, and learning day-to-day operations alongside Store Managers and District Leaders.

A project addressing a real business opportunity will be completed and presented to leadership. You will develop leadership skills, learn retail management best practices, and gain exposure to the broader organization through market travel

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program.
• Students should expect to receive their degree between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Desired majors are Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage with customers to learn day-to-day store operations.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and District Leaders; develop leadership skills and learn best practices.
• Complete a business-focused project addressing a real opportunity and present findings to leadership.
• Participate in market travel experiences and assist with merchandise handling, inventory management, and stocking.
