Job summary

HomeGoods at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Loss Prevention team member for our Seattle area location. The role focuses on implementing safety programs, engaging with store leadership, and addressing theft incidents to protect assets.

You will partner with management to communicate findings, deter theft, and support shrink-reduction initiatives while maintaining a safe shopping environment for customers and associates.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and sound judgment.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Basic time management skills are required.
• Investigative/analytical skills are essential.
• Able to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations.

Responsibilities

• Completes the daily tasks required for Store Loss Prevention and safety programs.
• Maintains positive relationships with Store Management.
• Communicates with store Associates on damage and shrink initiatives.
• Identifies and resolves internal and external theft.
• Observes, apprehends, and/or deters any acts of dishonesty from outside sources.
• Coordinates and complete shrink related activities in partnership with Store Management.
• Ensures apprehensions are consistent with store theft activity.
