Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required, AA degree preferred.
• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred
• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with the Store team.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proven ability to effectively resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Provides visible presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor.
• Greets Customers with eye contact and courtesy to deter theft.
• Maintains a safe and secure environment for Associates and Customers.
• Collaborates with Store Leadership to comply with Loss Prevention directives.
• Addresses potential theft indicators and communicates findings to leadership.
• Other duties as assigned to support Loss Prevention initiatives.
