Qualifications

• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training.
• One year loss prevention or security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with store team.
• Excellent customer service skills and professionalism.
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and secure store environment by monitoring entrances/exits and sales floor.
• Provide visible presence and greet customers to deter theft.
• Collaborate with Store Leadership to comply with Loss Prevention directives.
• Support and train Associates in loss-prevention practices.
• Represent Ross brand with professional appearance and conduct.
• Identify theft indicators and share information with leadership.
• Assist in minimizing operational shortage through process improvements.
