Burlington Stores is seeking a Shortage Control Associate to help maintain a secure shopping environment while delivering outstanding customer service. You will monitor entrances, greet customers, and support theft-prevention programs in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires command presence, knowledge of shortage reduction initiatives, and reporting to the Manager on Duty. Part-time schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays with associate discounts and benefits.

Competenze

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations preferred.
• Stand and walk for extended periods and monitor store environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and exhibit a positive demeanor in a fast-paced setting.

Mansioni

• Monitor store entrances/exits and high-risk areas to reduce theft opportunities.
• Greet customers with a warm, energetic greeting and maintain a professional appearance.
• Identify and report theft incidents to the Manager on Duty.
• Assist in shortage reduction training and support programs for associates.
