Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality is required.
• Ability to review, analyze and comprehend business trends.
• Excellent communication with customers and co-workers.
• Excellent leadership skills that support fostering productive business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances, exits and high‑risk areas to reduce opportunities for theft and ensure a secure environment.
• Greet every customer with a warm, loud greeting and maintain professional presence.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Assist in shortage reduction training and share processes with associates.
• Support store leadership and maintain safety and security standards throughout shifts.
