Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and to visually monitor store environment.
• Confidentiality and disciplined decision making required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the entrance for the entire duration of each shift to reduce theft opportunities.
• Greet every customer with a warm smile and provide confident, friendly service.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to management.
• Support training of associates on shortage reduction programs and safety practices.
